How Do We Qualify For Free Shipping using the Laundry Detergent Fundraiser?

Just like anything in life, there are the pros and the cons. The same holds true with nearly all fundraising programs. While there a plethera of pros about the laundry detergent fundraiser program, there are a couple of cons.

Free Shipping for Laundry Detergent Fundraiser?

There is a State Map  that I have provided that outlines all the states, and what minimum order amount is required to qualify. The smallest order required is $1500, and those are for Indiana, and states that adjoin to Indiana.

So how do you calculate?

Simply take your order after your profit is taken out, and compare to state list for free shipping. If you are over the amount indicated, you will receive free shipping.

What happens if we are short of the free shipping minimum?

We realize the whole reason to do fundraising is to make as much profit as you can for your group.

Our Policy is that you pay the shipping amount listed on the state map page, or we will pass the trucking company invoice amount to you whichever is cheaper. Depending on how short you are, the first thing I would look to do is increase 5 Gal Bucket Orders.

What do I mean by that? Let’s Say you were $200 short of free shipping, and the shipping amount was around $200. You could order $200 more in laundry detergent (Approx 7 buckets), and instead of paying shipping you have a commodity that will profit your group $350+. So instead of losing $200 for your group, you will make an additional $350. That is a $550 swing, which is huge for a group or organization trying to raise money.
